Ecolab is seeking a Planning Analyst to support the Bioprocessing business located in Llantrisant, Wales. As the Planning Analyst, you will join a fast paced supply chain team as we continue to evolve and circle the customer. You will be collaborating with Supply/ Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sales, and Marketing to help determine and execute plans to serve our customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Collaborate with Supply and Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing to determine the appropriate supply strategies based on critical demand and supply characteristics
Work with the Demand, Supply, and Material Planners to determine the optimal approach for applying key parameters for planning
Review, analyze and update key master data fields in the ERP system to ensure adherence to supply chain processes
Support the sales and operations planning process including review and analyze planning data, and update and publish planning KPIs. Create/prepare reports for leadership review and performance communication to business partners as appropriate
Process improvement projects and analysis requests
Ad hoc Supply Chain projects or analysis as assigned
Leverage data to successfully drive results (Schedule Adherence, On time ship, inventory turns, root cause analysis, etc.)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
3-5 years of applicable Supply Chain experience
Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and presentation skills
Immigration Sponsorship is not available for this position
Bachelor’s degree in business/Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field of study
5+ years of Supply Chain experience
Track record of delivering results utilizing data
Knack for curiosity and challenging the status quo
Specific Planning System Experience (SAP, FST, etc.)
Strong proficiency Excel and/ or building Power BI’s
APICS Certification
Knack for curiosity and challenging the status quo
