We’re looking for a Graduate in Global Network Management at Allianz Multinational, based in London, who is eager to learn, contribute and grow within a dynamic global environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global network management, compliance, and strategic operations—all while being part of a team that values innovation, transparency and customer-centricity.
Your Team:
The Allianz Multinational team supports and delivers international insurance solutions for customers with a global footprint. Our work spans continents, involving close collaboration with local offices, underwriters, brokers and clients to deliver compliant, high-quality services.
The Impact You Will Have:
Based in London and reporting to the Global Head of Network Management and Multinational Governance, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders. You’ll be supported through mentorship, structured learning, and exposure to real-world projects that shape how Allianz delivers multinational insurance programs.
Day-to-day activities will include:

Knowledge Management: help ensure our global tools reflect up-to-date regulatory and country-specific restrictions

Network Transparency: assist in mapping our global partner network and making contact information easily accessible

Communication Strategy: contribute to redesigning how we present our network capabilities across business lines

Country Intelligence: support the process of identifying and sharing new country-specific insights with our global teams

Local Wording Standards: help track and align local policy wording initiatives with stakeholder goals
What You’ll Bring to the Role

Recent completion of a bachelor's university degree

Interest or experience in project tracking tools and dashboards

A structured mindset with an eye for organizing data for usability and clarity

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing goals, and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a natural relationship builder

A collaborative and diplomatic approach to working across cultures and functions

At ease with the MS suite, in particular Excel, you have an interest in new technologies and AI tools and how they can improve efficiency in day-to-day tasks

Fluent English language skills and additional languages would be advantageous

A basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications in business is essential.
