Interactive College of Technology, an accredited for-profit 2-year degree granting institution, has an opening for the Director of Education located at the Morrow, Georgia campus.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for faculty performance and ensures full and complete implementation of all academic policies and procedures. The Director of Education maintains compliance with all regulatory and accreditation criteria, including entrance testing and academic records management regardless of delivery method: lecture, lab, CBT, externship, or distance learning.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities include tracking educational activity and outcomes; making recommendations to support staff additions, reductions, terminations, or other appropriate personnel actions; assisting the Campus Director in ensuring accurate student testing, scoring, and evaluation; and planning and coordinating in-service training for academic staff. The ideal candidate constantly seeks methods to enhance the learning environment and instructional processes within the campus and will provide direction, leadership, and encouragement for campus academic personnel and student body.
