Job Summary:
The Data Coordinator supports the mission of Bill Wilson Center by ensuring that the Transitional Housing Program – Aftercare (THP+) and client data is accurately collected, entered, and maintained across systems. This entry-level position plays a key role in helping the program measure impact, maintain compliance, and improve services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn data management best practices in a mission-driven environment.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update client and program data in organizational databases (e.g., AWARDS, HMIS, and ETO).
- Accurately enter and update client and program data in SharePoint.
- Run and prepare routine data reports (Monthly and Quarterly) for internal use and Contractor requirements (e.g. Monthly Finance Reports, Monthly Criteria Reports, Monthly Exit Reports, Monthly Caseload Audits, Quarterly Reports for Contracts, etc.).
- Work with program staff to ensure timely and complete data entry.
- Assist in identifying and correcting data quality issues or inconsistencies.
- Support program evaluation efforts by maintaining up-to-date data records.
- Document and maintain clear data entry procedures and guidelines.
- Provide general administrative support related to data management.
- Collaborate with accounting department to ensure efficiency in processing check requests.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Social Sciences, Public Administration, Data Science, Nonprofit Management) or equivalent education/work experience
- Experience in data entry and managing complex data sets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn nonprofit databases
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range:
$26.00 - $30.00 per hour/year.
