HIRING IMMEDIATELY! 

The Parts and Fleet Administrator is a key support position in the Fleet Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the parts inventory that supports our fleet repairs. Strong computer skills are a must. We're looking for a good communicator who will work well with our Guides, Operations Team, and Service Center staff.

Responsibilities:

• Track vehicle repairs and maintenance timelines
• Manage work orders
• Purchase and maintain parts inventory
• Develop and maintain good communication with vendors
• Perform general administrative duties key to the role

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
• ASE Certification is not required but is a plus
• Prior parts management, fleet, or dealership experience a plus
• Proficient with computers, specifically Word & Excel programs
• Experience with parts management software a plus
• Proficient with budgeting and calculations
• Detail oriented
• Great organizational skills
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Good time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking capabilities
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team player that is self-motivated and takes initiative
