Lead Portables Driver bei Lakeshore Recycling Systems

The Lead Portables Driver is responsible for servicing assigned route(s) with the servicing of portable restrooms, hand wash stations, and other equipment within the Portables Division. The driver represents the company in a safe and respectable manner while servicing customer accounts dispatched to him/her throughout the day and communicating regularly with dispatchers and supervisors. This person is also responsible for guiding the day to day routes of co-workers.

Operations Supervisor

• Operate truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies
• Service portable restrooms, hand wash stations, and other company equipment to the expectations that meet or exceed the company’s standards for service
• Complete assigned routes
• Communicate with dispatch as route changes or issues arise
• Maintain and update route sheets
• Conduct pre-trip/post trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain and update drivers log sheets
• Professional interaction with internal and external customers
• Keeping truck clean and operating properly within driver’s ability
• Accountable for coordinating scheduled shifts, coordination work to cover if a call-in/no show
• In conjunction with Manager track and minimize Overtime of Non-Exempt employees and help implement at the direction of leadership improvements in work efficiency for Service Technicians/Drivers.
• Work with management team to implement quarterly goals (key indicators) used to track efficiency/profitability of the company.
• Work with management to oversee drivers and cleaning of restrooms, conduct spot checks and provide feedback for the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in the Deployment/Servicing of additional product lines such as Restroom/Shower Trailers, Holding Tanks, Office Trailers, etc.
• Help coordinate facility or route optimization and coverage at all times
• If applicable, evaluate customer support and problem solving to find solutions to customer issues
• Respond positively to unpredictable situations or problems that can occur throughout their work responsibilities
• Other duties as assigned
