Vancouver Clinic is seeking a seasoned Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our AP team.  In this role you will oversee daily operations, resolve escalations, and drive process improvement.  The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep AP experience and a commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration.

--Hiring range is generally between $78,300-$97,000 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience

--Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00a-5:00p

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise AP staff and ensure timely, accurate processing

  • Serve as SME and escalation point

  • Optimize team performance through coaching and prioritization

  • Collaborate with Assistant Controller to define AP standards and policies

  • Build strong internal and external relationships across the clinic

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred

  • Minimum 5 years previous accounts payable experience in high-volume environment required

  • Experience supervising staff required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of 3-way match and 100 processing required

  • Experience with invoice automation and Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred

Pay Range:

$76,687.00 - $115,031.00

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked, totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above, increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked.  Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
