Project Coordinator – Commercial Storefront Division

📍 Location: Santa Cruz, CA (Full-Time, Onsite)

💰 Compensation: $32–$38 per hour (DOE)

About Us

Our client is a rapidly growing subcontractor their close-knit team is expanding its Project Management department, and they are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Project Coordinator to join us onsite in Santa Cruz, CA.

What You’ll Do

• Support a Senior Project Manager in the Commercial Storefront Division.
• Manage and track approximately 20 active projects (new, ongoing, and closeouts).
• Prepare and maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documents.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, estimators, and internal departments.
• Maintain organized digital project files using OneDrive.
• Use Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Trello, and Microsoft Teams for communication and workflow management.
• Assist with project scheduling, material orders, and cost tracking.
• Contribute to refining project management processes as the department grows.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Office Coordinator for a construction subcontractor
• Strong software skills: Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, Trello, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with Glazier Studio or similar architectural tools is a plus.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable managing multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems.
• Must be office-based (this is not a field position).
