Compensation/Benefits:
- Hourly Range: $31.00 – $46.00

Education & experience:
- Associate’s degree/Technical degree or Bachelor’s in metrology, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar discipline
- 3+ years of experience operating Leica Laser Tracker systems or similar metrology equipment
- 3+ years machine operation experience, preferably Siemens machines
- 1-3 years machine assembly experience
- Mechanical experience with CNC machine tools (desired)
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Spatial Analyzer software and data analysis tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical documentation.
- Ability to recognize and evaluate complex three-dimensional relationships.
- Proficiency with standard machine tools and precision measurement equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency with MS Office, ERP applications (SAP)
- Experience with aerial platforms, working with heights.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the year, and active US passport.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate Leica Laser Tracker AT500 to perform precision measurements of machine components and assemblies.
- Incorporate measured data into Siemens controller compensation tables.
- Gather, analyze, and report measurement data using Spatial Analyzer software.
- Perform machine compensation measurements to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Support customer requests for measurement services and provide technical expertise as needed.
- Assist in project startup by performing measurement and alignment tasks for internal initiatives.
- Support quality inspection processes to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve measurement and quality-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of measurement activities and results.
