This position is Full Time working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

What you will do:
Manages the operations of Surgical Services, which encompasses both the Main hospital and Surgery Center, ensuring safe, efficient and high quality patient care in alignment with the division and organizational strategic plan. Leads 6 managers and 120+ team members, supports physician relationships, and advances initiatives that improve and/or maintain culture, quality, safety, patient experience and staff satisfaction. Emphasizes operational execution, workforce recruitment, retention and development as well as effective resource management to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited BSN Nursing Program
Preferred Education:
Masters in Nursing or Health Administration
Required Skills:
Leadership; Relationship building among surgeons, anesthesia providers, personnel, and colleagues.
Preferred Skills:
Demonstrated ability to grow the services lines, and/or begin new services lines.
Demonstrated ability to grow the services lines, and/or begin new services lines.
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
CNOR, CPAN, CAPA, etc.

Required Experience:
Experience in a leadership position within Surgical Services. Previous OR leadership experience.
Preferred Experience:
Previous Director experience in Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery Experience
