- Define and lead FMX’s monetization strategy across trading, payments, and rewards — aligning pricing, and incentive frameworks with business and user value.
- Develop frameworks for pricing innovation, including maker/taker models, spread logic, tiered fee structures, rebates, and volume-based incentives.
- Partner with Product, Finance, and Growth to test and optimize commercial models that maximize LTV while improving liquidity and transaction velocity.
- Lead pricing and incentive governance — set global principles, maintain cross-line consistency, and define when, how, and why FMX adjusts pricing or fees.
- Run market and competitor analyses to inform trade pricing benchmarks, payment fee rate elasticity, and user reward sensitivity.
- Design data-driven experiments to test pricing hypotheses, collaborating with data teams to measure impacts on margin, conversion, and liquidity depth.
- Drive commercial model alignment across teams, ensuring pricing changes are reflected in product features, marketing, trading systems, and operations.
- Build and lead a team of pricing strategists and analysts with strong cross-functional influence to embed revenue thinking into every product decision
