The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Planner for a local contract in Washington, DC.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES
- Serve as a senior expert, managing and performing advanced analysis to validate, refine, or improve operational plans and procedures.
- Facilitate organizational dissemination of findings and recommendations using appropriate techniques to support decision-making.
- Lead and guide group briefings and discussions to foster collaboration and drive the development of plans and strategic decisions.
- Debrief stakeholders on the outcomes of collaborative efforts, ensuring lessons learned and actionable insights are clearly communicated.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, or related field.
- If you do not have a Bachelor's, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience planning emergency management, or operational coordination experience.
PAY
- $45/hour
