Position Available: 2025-26 school year (start date 11/14/25 or before).
Salary/Benefits: In accordance with the Easton Education Association’s bargaining unit contract. Full benefits.
Reports To: Supervisor of Special Services
Qualifications:
CT Special Education Teacher certification, K-12
Training in principles and technology of applied behavior analysis
Experience working with children on the autism spectrum
Experience implementing ABA strategies and data collection
Knowledge of CT Core Content Standards
Responsibilities:
Develops and implements DTI instruction to students in multiple grade levels
Works collaboratively with individual student teams
Demonstrates applied behavioral analytic strategies and techniques
Conducts behavioral observations
Oversees data collection/analysis and development of data-driven goals and objectives
Assists with implementation of ABA programs
Supervises support staff in implementation of student programming
Ensures all aspects of student plans are implemented with fidelity
Communicates with staff, families, and outside agencies as needed
Other duties as consistent with certification
