Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Connect with members who have personally requested benefit information

• Schedule and conduct virtual or phone consultations to review available programs

• Provide clear, professional guidance and assist with enrollment

• Maintain accurate digital records, documentation, and quality standards

• Participate in training, mentorship, and leadership development

• Contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven team culture
