You Are:
The Operations Senior Manager will support business development efforts for opportunities within the Military Health System account within the Health Portfolio.
The Work:
- Support efforts to identify and create solutions to address program challenges, building staffing plans, and supporting proposal development
- Program support: Oversee the human resources duties and manage the daily operations of a large-scale non-medical counseling program
- Ensure that government worldwide assignment requests are fulfilled in a timely manner and execution of all work assignment logistics and travel, to meet assignments, are completed and coordinated with the applicable stakeholders’ POCs per worksite
- Ensure the efficient and effective operational procedures and processes to enable successful contract execution, as well as quality of services delivery to eligible program participants
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10 years of related/relevant industry experience
- Five years of experience managing program operations for an international, globally dynamic, geographically dispersed, rapidly changing, and diverse program environment
- Five years of experience with human resource management and worksite/assignment tracking, financial management, and stakeholder communications
Bonus Points If:
- Two years’ experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract
- Two years’ experience supporting military organizations
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to delivering tangible outcomes for customers and stakeholders
- Excellent people management and relationship development skills

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
