Child Saving Institute (CSI) is looking for someone who has a mind full of wonder and a heart-filled desire to make a difference! We’re on a mission to champion what’s best for each child and family.

 

As an Accounting Coordinator, you’ll be an essential part of our Finance team. Your responsibilities will include managing cash receipts, supporting grant reporting, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely and accurate financial entries. In short, our Accounting Specialist will help maintain the integrity of our financial systems and support the agency’s mission through strong fiscal stewardship.

Here’s who we are looking for…

Someone who:

• Has a positive and reliable work ethic

• Holds experience in accounting, preferably in a nonprofit setting

• Is detail-oriented and organized

• Can manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines with accuracy

 

Qualifications

Do you think you’d be a good fit for this role? Ideally, you are:

• Experienced in accounting (2+ years preferred)

• Familiar with accounting software such as Concur, Donor Perfect, Bloomerang, or Microsoft Business Central

• Comfortable working with large amounts of data and reconciling financial records

 

Bonus Points

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field

• Experience with grant reporting or fixed asset accounting
