Position Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for a broad range of responsibilities within the Human Resources department, including performance management, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and ongoing process improvement. As a key point of contact for HR-related questions, you will provide support to employees, supervisors, and management. You will assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, lead new employee orientation, facilitate benefits enrollment, coordinate performance evaluations, manage leave administration, and support the employee offboarding process. This position contributes to departmental initiatives and ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies. You will play a key role in fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring strict confidentiality in all personnel matters, and supporting our medical practice's full compliance with HIPAA regulations. As part of our Human Resources team, you will join a collaborative and committed group that supports a wide variety of HR functions across the organization.

Requirements:

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment. PHR or SHRM-CP certification is desired. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices and employment law, and must demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, along with a proven ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. The ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment is critical to success in this role.
