Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. HRIS Analyst to support the enhancement and maintenance of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). This role involves leading system configuration, data integrity, reporting, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR technology, preferably within the retail industry, and a solid understanding of HR processes and data flows. You’ll collaborate with the People & Culture, Technology, and Finance teams to ensure our systems are optimized to meet business needs and support organizational growth.
What you’ll get to do:
- HRIS Administration: Act as a subject matter expert and administrator for the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system security, and ongoing configuration. Maintain and optimize HRIS modules (i.e.: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, etc) to meet business needs. Partner with Director, HRIS to assess current functionality, recommend improvements, and implement system updates or patches
- Project Support & Execution: Support People & Culture technology projects such as new module implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems. Assist with project planning, testing, documentation, and go-live activities. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Reporting & Analytics: Develop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards to support People & Culture, Finance, Retail Operations, and business leadership. Provide insights and analysis to inform workforce planning and decision-making. Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and reports.
- End-User Support & Training: Provide support for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and escalating when necessary. Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides and training materials, including collaboration with our Learning & Development team to design training sessions on various modules of the HRIS.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Conduct regular system audits to validate data accuracy and system compliance. Collaborate with Director, HRIS and Information Security teams to ensure HRIS practices comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements. Maintain system and data integrity across applications
- Collaboration & Change Champion: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to support the adoption of new system functionality and process changes. Contribute to communication, training, and documentation efforts during system or process rollouts. Partners with the Director, HRIS in developing, recommending, and implementing process improvements, innovative solutions, and policy and/or program changes
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- using one or more leading HRIS platforms (UKG, Oracle, Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc.) with advanced reporting and analytics skills (e.g., SQL, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills; able to define measurement frameworks starting from a business problem, identify relevant metrics, and synthesize data into clear narratives that drive executive-level decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills—capable of presenting complex analyses in a simple, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly collaborative team player with a proven ability to build strong relationships and influence outcomes without formal authority; consistently recognized as a positive and motivating presence.

The salary range for this role is $100,900 per year - $129,780 per year.
