Your role
We're looking for an experienced and well-networked private equity investment professional to join our team in New York. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of private equity markets, fund structures, and investment strategies.
As a Senior Investment Officer you will be responsible to:
• source and originate highly access constrained GP relationships from your network as well as the intermediary community and tracking spin-out candidates
• conduct detailed due diligence on prospective private equity funds, including performance analysis, fund manager evaluations, and risk assessments
• monitor and analyze the performance of existing fund investments, providing regular updates to senior management
• develop and maintain financial models to support investment decision-making processes
• prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• collaborate with colleagues across the investment team to identify new investment opportunities and strategies
• maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting private equity investments
• assist in the negotiation and structuring of investment agreements
• support our distribution teams in SMA or fund product pitches across both Asset and Wealth Management clients and prospects
Detailed salary information:
• New York: the salary range for this role is $200,000 to $275,000.
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
