JOB SUMMARY:
This position is under the direct supervision of the Information Technology Manager and under the indirect supervision of the General Manager, or designee and is located at The Stables Casino. This Position performs diversified duties required to install, move, and maintain all computer hardware and software at the Casino and remote offices including working with IT Management on various IT projects. This includes equipment and devices related to the CPU, disk, and all peripherals. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of The Stables Casino System Internal Control Standards.
MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Interact and work with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors, as necessary, to secure support services, open repair or service tickets, and supply requested information for their support services
- Provides technical support for end user computers, applications, printers, phones, time clocks, key control devices, network and application connectivity, and cell phones/radio devices
- Resolves and tracks end user software/hardware computer problems and work with end users to identify technology needs that will help streamline their business processes
- Installs and troubleshoots hardware and software. This includes, but not limited to, network equipment, computers, printers, phones, time clocks, and key control devices
- Maintains phone system, including but not limited to moves, adds, and changes, along with occasional wire installation and system troubleshooting
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Aids and assists with Network Security
- Maintains a current and accurate inventory of all hardware, software licenses, etc.
- Maintains a current and accurate log of service requests and prioritizes appropriately
- Performs other tasks and duties as directed

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have one (1) to two (2) years related experience or training
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Modoc Nation Gaming License
- May be subject to criminal background investigation
- Must possess in high integrity regarding confidential and sensitive information
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Must have the ability to work in fast paced environment, multitask and meet deadlines
- Experience in the following: Microsoft Windows, Computer Hardware, Software, Printers, etc.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows clients with MS Office Products
- Experience troubleshooting user issues in a Microsoft networking environment
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE:
- Maintains excellent working relationships with other Company staff and all applicable regulatory commissions and other agencies as may be applicable to ensure compliance.
- Performs all duties in accordance with the gaming operations core values, objectives of the Modoc Nation, system of internal control policies and procedures, as well, as applicable laws and gaming regulations, including but not limited to, the state-tribal compact, IGRA, MICS, the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control, USA Patriot Act and Privacy Act.
