Position Summary:

Our Registered Nurses play an integral role in providing compassionate, high-quality, and efficient patient care in a fast-paced urgent care and primary care environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional clinical care to patients of all ages in accordance with ExperCARE’s standards of excellence.
• Perform triage, patient assessments, and assist providers with exams, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and injections as ordered by the provider.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EKGs, pulse oximetry, and lab collections.
• Assist in wound care, splinting, and other minor procedures.
• Accurately document all patient interactions and treatments in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and other team members to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Support lab and radiology processes as needed, maintaining compliance with all safety and quality protocols.
• Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and aftercare instructions.
• Participate in ongoing training, development, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; urgent care, ER, or primary care experience highly desirable.
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-focused, positive attitude.
• Proficient with technology and electronic medical records.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
