As a Business Coordinator III on our Admin Resource Center team, you’ll independently research, develop, and coordinate complex, high impact solutions and opportunities related to business needs, while ensuring projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Providing technical expertise on a variety of topics and projects, including testing.
- Representing management on assigned functional committees.
- Implementing new policies, procedures, workflow approaches, and system enhancements.
- Coordinating and controlling components of a project and serving as project manager for areas of expertise.
- Developing, documenting, and maintaining communication, documentation, and training through a variety of methods.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to internal and external customers.
- Performing other job-related duties and special projects as needed.

Who You Are:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years of related experience.
- Excellent problem solving, decision-making, communications, organizational, and time management skills.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Must be a self-starter who can work independently and with people at all job levels.

We’ll consider talent at the next level (Business Coordinator IV) with the right experiences and skills.
Location
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
