Aspire Living & Learning is a non-profit human services agency supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building lives of meaning and purpose. With programs across five states, Aspire is driven by a belief that every person deserves the opportunity to thrive in a supportive community. Our People & Culture team is the heart of that mission, ensuring Aspire remains a great place to work by attracting, developing, and retaining talented, mission-driven individuals.
The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager plays a key role in strengthening the foundation, efficiency, and impact of Aspire’s recruitment function. This position manages the day-to-day operations, systems, and data that keep the Talent Acquisition (TA) team running effectively, while supporting training, process improvement, and recruitment marketing initiatives.
While this role includes full-cycle recruitment for agency support and shared services roles, its primary focus is on operational excellence, ensuring our tools, processes, and analytics are optimized to attract and hire exceptional talent efficiently and consistently.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and optimize TA processes, systems, and workflows to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Serve as a subject-matter expert for Aspire’s applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) — manage updates, documentation, and team training.
Build and monitor Indeed and other recruitment marketing campaigns, providing analysis on campaign performance and ROI.
Lead data reporting and insights for the employee referral program, identifying opportunities to drive engagement and impact.
Enhance Aspire’s market presence by improving job postings and recruitment materials to align with our mission and brand voice.
Create, maintain, and distribute regular reports and dashboards on key TA metrics.
Partner with HRIS and People & Culture colleagues to ensure data integrity and support broader BI dashboard initiatives.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for agency support and shared services roles.
Partner with the Director of TA to implement process improvements and TA-wide initiatives that support operational efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate and streamline TA administrative functions, communications, and project timelines.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in talent acquisition operations, systems, and data reporting — with at least 5 years of related experience.
Confident with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and recruitment marketing tools.
Analytical and detail-oriented, able to translate data into insights and process improvements.
Collaborative and proactive, skilled at balancing multiple priorities with professionalism and purpose.
Passionate about the mission of Aspire and committed to helping others succeed through great systems and processes.
You'll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team known for partnership, collaboration, and genuine support for one another’s growth. You’ll play a central role in shaping how we recruit, build systems, and tell our story to prospective employees — all while supporting a mission that makes a difference every day. If you’re energized by improving processes, using data to tell a story, and helping others succeed, we’d love to hear from you.
