We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor who brings energy, empathy, and a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
This is a role where you’ll be the voice of Vines — the first point of contact for our customers and the person who makes every interaction feel effortless, friendly, and professional. If you thrive on connection, pace, and making people’s day, you’ll love it here.
You’ll work in a close-knit team, gaining hands-on experience while completing a 12-month training programme that leads to a Level 2 Customer Service qualification. It’s the perfect way to kick-start your career in the world of luxury cars and motorcycles!
Hours: 42.5 hours per week between 8am and 6pm - Monday to Friday period with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break each day. There will also be a 1 in 4 paid Saturday rota.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing around 80 customer contacts a day — inbound and outbound — and making sure every enquiry gets the attention it deserves.
- Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings and appointments, helping our customers get back on the road quickly and smoothly.
- Maximising service sales and profitability by promoting value-added products and aftersales services.
- Building customer confidence in everything we do by delivering first-class service and attention to detail.
- Following up on enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and creating repeat and referral business through great relationships.
- Running aftercare and prospecting calls to generate fresh opportunities and drive revenue.
- Spotting opportunities to upsell products, promotions, or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Supporting the wider team with enthusiasm and a “can-do” approach — every day is different, and you’ll make it happen.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a customer service or sales environment, ideally with a passion for the automotive industry (but not essential!).
- A natural communicator — friendly, clear, and confident over the phone and by email.
- Customer-focused mindset with genuine care for delivering an exceptional experience.
- Organised and process-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and target-driven — you see challenges as opportunities to shine.
- A team player who thrives on collaboration and positivity.
No need to have worked in automotive before – maybe you’ve been in retail or another customer-facing role. What really matters is your passion to develop and the drive to thrive in a busy, supportive team.
