Environmental Services Manager bei HumanGood

Rydal Park & Waters, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, is hiring an Environmental Services Manager Full-time to join our team!

Under general supervision, direct and inspect work of housekeepers, custodians, and laundry team members, ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are being met.  Coordinates and performs the activities of the housekeeping program to ensure the community is maintained in a sanitary, attractive and orderly condition.

Full-Time; Monday through Friday with occasional weekends. 

Salary Range 68,000-74,000 with experience

A day in the life may include:

• Prepares daily and monthly work schedules;
• Maintains daily attendance and inputs for payroll;
• Maintains attendance sheets, paid time off and holidays;
• Takes inventory of stock on hand on a bi-weekly basis; orders housekeeping and laundry supplies;
• Presents and maintains a positive customer service focus when interacting with residents, visitors, vendors and team members;
• Presents and maintains a positive customer service focus when interacting with residents, visitors, vendors and team members;

To be successful in the role, you would have: 

• Minimum of 5 years general housekeeping experience, long-term care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience required
