Golf Course Groundskeeper

If you enjoy working outdoors in a beautiful setting, then this is the job for you. Boonsboro is an 18 hole championship golf course and country club that was established in 1923 and sits on over 300 acres at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The work will not be boring. Working outside and doing many various tasks including mowing turf, raking bunkers, mulching and blowing leaves make every day a little different. The club has high safety standards and any necessary training will be provided.

The club offers many benefits including medical and dental, 401k. The club also provides lunch and some golfing privileges.

We are looking for an individual who is a motivated, team player that has an attention to detail. Must have a valid driver's license, be able to read and follow directions and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Schedule:

Qualifications

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

This position requires that employees be able to stand for long periods, walk, use hands and fingers and to effectively communicate. This position requires the ability to lift objects that weigh up to 75 pounds and requires working outdoors on a daily basis and is subject to all weather conditions.
