POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Strategy and Performance Officer (CSPO) is the senior executive responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational performance, and organizational excellence of the airport. This role oversees enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution, business innovation, intelligence analytics, performance optimization, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) systems. The CSPO works closely with executive leadership to ensure that strategic goals are aligned with the airport’s mission, vision, regulatory requirements, and long-term growth objectives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in strategy, performance management, or quality (e.g., Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, PMP) are an asset.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in strategic planning, performance management, or corporate transformation, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide strategy and performance initiatives in a complex operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of airport operations, regulatory frameworks, and emerging aviation technologies is preferred.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Strong Safety, Security, and Customer Experience focused.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics).
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
