Position Overview
We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager who is passionate about hospitality, driven by results, and committed to developing exceptional teams. You’ll play a key leadership role in all aspects of hotel operations—ensuring guests experience the refined comfort and style that define AC Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team through effective communication, coaching, and example-setting that fosters integrity, collaboration, and performance excellence.
- Oversee daily hotel operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless service across all departments.
- Drive results by achieving and exceeding performance, financial, and team engagement goals.
- Keep the Front Office focused on guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead the Food & Beverage operations, ensuring a modern, elevated dining experience consistent with AC Hotel standards.
- Act as the Service Ambassador, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure lasting positive impressions.
- Identify and develop future leaders through mentoring, feedback, and growth opportunities.
- Champion an “open door” culture—listening, learning, and acting to enhance team satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak business periods to maintain exceptional service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous Marriott experience is required
- Minimum 1+ year of Operations Manager experience
- High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- A genuine passion for details that make a difference
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
