What You'll Be Doing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cement process systems and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and reliability.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
- Support capital projects through technical input and commissioning assistance.
- Develop and deliver training and documentation for operational best practices.

Work Environment
This role involves a mix of office and field work, including travel to plant sites. You’ll work closely with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.
