Role & Responsibilities
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA (Remote). While this role is remote, we have a preference for someone who is located in Los Angeles and can meet with the team on occasion.
We are seeking a Contract Senior Technical Recruiter to join the People Team and help scale high-performing engineering and AI teams across the company. This role is both strategic and hands-on — managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving process innovation, candidate experience, and alignment with VideoAmp’s mission.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting (researching, sourcing, screening, closing) across multiple technical disciplines.
Assisting with other roles across Revenue and G&A as needed.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers and business leaders to define requirements, craft role profiles, and drive data-informed hiring strategies.
Use creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier technical talent in competitive markets.
Guide candidates through every stage of the process, ensuring a high-touch, transparent, and inclusive experience.
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to internal stakeholders, providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
Track and report on key recruiting metrics to measure success and continuously improve.
Collaborate with the People Team to strengthen employer brand, recruiting operations, and long-term talent pipelines.
Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on technical and engineering talent.
- Experience hiring for Media / AdTech organizations greatly preferred.
Experience hiring for AI/ LLM Engineering teams greatly preferred.
Proven track record of sourcing and closing top technical candidates in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills to influence and collaborate across teams.
Analytical and metrics-driven approach to recruitment, with experience using ATS and reporting tools (Greenhouse preferred).
Highly organized and able to balance multiple requisitions, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
What We Offer
This position pays between $60-$65/hour (Contract). The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
