1. Specific Duties

• Maintain ink area inventories
• Prepare press ready inks within the tolerance and readily available based on production needs
• Carry out quality checks in line with procedure.
• Act as a back up for operation of all flexographic printing equipment 
• All other duties as assigned

2.  Skill Requirements:

• Flexographic Printing Knowledge, water-based ink systems
• High speed machine operating experience
• Ability to work with scales, light booth, and various measuring devices
• Strong math skills (measurements, percentages, calculate footage, etc.)

3.  Education and Experience:

• Associate Degree Preferred
• 1 years of experience and HS Diploma or equivalent required   

4. Physical Demands (Required for Essential Duties & Responsibilities)

• Ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50lb weight unassisted
• Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for 8-hour shift 
• Comfortable working in noisy and loud environments
• Wear all required PPE and follow safety practices as instructed
