What you’ll do:

The Senior Risk Advisory Manager is responsible for advising on first line of defense for oversight of operational risk for teams within the DCTB department which includes but is not limited to:  domestic and international payments, treasury, sales, retail, commercial, operations and international products. Dynamically manage our risk appetite by working to ensure appropriate controls.

  • Liaise to all departments on risk management guidance, advisory and oversight within the DCTB department for deposit products, retail products and commercial and consumer digital platforms.

  • Advise on content for KRI-KPI process.  Also advise on DCTB policies and exceptions.

  • Participate in the process for the DCTB Risk Control Self assessments (RCSAs) by identifying material risks; conduct control testing.

  • Help to coordinate remediation for issues with risk impact.

  • Annual review with Info Security for all teams.

  • Act as a liaise for division with external regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

           

  • 10+ years’ experience Risk Advisory Management experience
  • Background in bank operations (retail and commercial) finance, payments.
  • Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • CTP, AAP, APRP certifications helpful
  • Familiarity with NACHA.
  • Advanced Computer Skills

Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $98,000-$132,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
