ABA Therapist/Behavior Technician bei LifeStream

Schedule is: Part-Time after 3pm - center-based (Fall River/New Bedford)

Hourly rate starting at $20.00 for Behavior Technician / $26 for RBT.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
● Work one-on-one with children (typically ages 3–20) implementing individualized support
plans
● Utilize evidence-based procedures and proven ABA strategies to help clients develop
new skills
● Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using electronic systems and share
meaningful insights with your supervising BCBA
● Collaborate closely with families and clinical team members to ensure progress is on
track
● Participate in team training, case reviews, and ongoing supervision
● Bring energy, compassion, and good vibes to every interaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintenance of an acceptable CORI and fingerprinting
• Valid Driver’s license
• Negative drug screen
• Use of personal vehicle for work purposes
• Commitment to the philosophy of community inclusion

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  

• High School Diploma or GED
• Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)- preferred 
• Three years of experience in the field of Human Services.
• Prior experience working with children.
• Prior experience working with individuals with complex behavioral needs.
• Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disabilities.
• Demonstrated history of quality work performance and teamwork in previous positions
