SUMMARY
The Systems Engineer plans and builds the organization’s systems infrastructure, including both hardware and software. Working under moderate supervision, this position designs information systems that meet user needs and align with the overall IT architecture. The role is responsible for preparing lifecycle validation of systems and solutions to identify technical constraints and capabilities for the organization’s requirements.
Designs, Implements, Manages and Support various technologies for the organization and ITS Department. Microsoft End Point Manager (MEM) for Win Intel Devices, imaging, patching, software deployment, Mobile Device Management, Print and Print Server Management. Team works with all our hardware vendors to select standards that fit in the environment. Desktop virtualization for Windows 365 and Horizon are within our scope. Provide Tier III support to Field Services and the organization. Procure, manage and deploy cellular devices and pagers. The EUD team’s charge is to design, implement and deploy a outstanding end user experience for the items in our charge.

Prepare lifecycle validation of systems and solutions to identify technical constraints and assess system capabilities relative to organizational requirements.
Implement and modify infrastructure and network components to maintain system performance and reliability.
Monitor operational system performance to maximize the utilization of IT resources and ensure efficient functioning.
Design system architecture that meets current and future business needs.

Perform additional duties as reasonably required or assigned to support the organization’s IT infrastructure and goals.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection is required for all remote/hybrid positions.
Must have access to stable Wi-Fi with sufficient bandwidth to support video conferencing, cloud-based tools, and other online work-related activities.
A HIPAA-compliant work environment is required, including a secure workspace free from unauthorized access or interruptions, no use of public Wi-Fi unless connected through a secure company-provided VPN, and compliance with all applicable HIPAA privacy and security regulations.
