Manager, Internship & Coaching - Desjardins Agent Network bei Desjardins

Temporary position for 12 months.

We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused leader to join the Desjardins Agent Network (DAN) as Manager, Internship & Coaching. This strategic and operational role oversees two specialized support teams; Coaching and Internship. You will be responsible for designing and executing high-impact programs, managing key stakeholders, and overseeing a substantial budget—including full reconciliation. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the DAN model, solid background in sales environments, and the ability to coach, lead, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Lead the strategic direction and execution of Coaching and Internship programs.

• Manage program performance metrics, evolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Oversee a large operational budget, including reconciliation and financial reporting.

• Collaborate with DAN Regional Directors, Regional Oversight Leaders and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Support leadership onboarding and contribute to agent recruitment strategies.

• Foster a culture of learning, development, and accountability through effective coaching and communication. 

• Interact with Agents to gain insight on the service offer and plan for enhancements.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• A minimum of nine years of relevant experience

• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered, including three years of management experience

• Leadership experience with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire

• Experience interacting with DAN Agents

• Advanced knowledge of the of DAN

• Advanced knowledge of sales principles and experience in a sales-driven environment
