Lead Financial Planning Team to manage the day-to-day financial, operational activities of the organization, review and ensure that all financial resources, transactions, systems and procedures comply with accounting principles, company policy and standards.  Activities include conducting financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and recurring/ad-hoc reporting and providing support & recommendation to the HA Division Leader and leadership team in critical financial, operational decision making.

 

  • Performs highly complex operational, strategic and financial tasks for the success of MS US
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor all financial, operational activities.  Multitask and prioritize diverse tasks
  • Overseeing daily financial, operational business activities in all the departments that Planning supported. 
  • Ensure accurate reporting to MS US leadership team and HQ counterparts.
  • Implementing new procedures and standards which align with the company policy which reviewed by the MS Division Leader and leadership team
  • Improving process and systems for planning and reporting activities, and innovating analytical methodologies
  • Timely provide recurring reports and analytical outputs to all orgs under MS US and counterparts in LGEUS and HQ.
  • Performs and analyze complex information and recommends alternatives and solutions to Division Leader and MS US Leadership Team in decision making.
  • Need to continue sharing his/her expertise with team members and others in internal partners
  • Establish & maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with executives and subordinate staff.
  • Reviews and discuss various financial, operational issues
  • Deliver guidance from Leadership Team and HQ, listen closely to internal partners and team members, setting directions and driving improvements

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Commerce, Major in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting with 12+ years of progressively responsible professional experience in strategic and financial operations.

 

Recruiting Range
$150,000$200,000 USD
