Ventus Solutions is seeking a skilled Intelligence and Technical Advisor to support an innovative program. The successful candidate will bring deep Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) expertise to facilitate engagements, transitions, and technical alignment across organizations. Responsibilities include conducting threat and vulnerability analyses on adversary systems, developing capability development lines of effort, and formulating risk mitigation strategies to ensure effective operational deployment. The advisor will coordinate intelligence community engagements, manage performer plans of action and milestones (POAMs), support program transition activities, and develop intelligence roadmaps and technology evaluation plans. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to engage effectively with IC and DoD stakeholders, partners, and transition agents in support of experimentation and operational objectives. Regular travel may be required to support performer and partner engagements. Join our innovative team and contribute to impactful national security initiatives.

Required Experience:

 

  • B.S. degree in a relevant technical or intelligence discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of SAP/CAP experience within the Intelligence Community (SIGINT SME).
  • Demonstrated experience in the SIGINT production chain and intelligence integration.
  • Proven ability to coordinate, communicate, and navigate DARPA, DoD, and IC processes.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to synthesize complex intelligence data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, high-priority tasks in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving mission requirements.
  • Active TS/SCI w/ full scope poly clearance.

 

Desired Experience:

 

  • Demonstrated experience providing on-site support to DARPA programs, including direct support to a DARPA Program Manager.
  • Hands-on SIGINT and RF development experience.
  • Experience working with diverse government partners across joint organizations.
  • Familiarity with INDOPACOM problem sets and regional intelligence challenges.
