Under the responsibility of the depot manager, you market rental contracts for refrigerated vehicles.
Your missions will be the following:
- Manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales and profitability objectives by effectively managing new and existing accounts.
- Salesforce
- Use Salesforce and keep the account database up to date.
- Create new Salesforce accounts.
- Provide Salesforce support to the sales team.
- Enter information on behalf of the sales representatives when needed.
- Record client interactions in the internal database.
- Manage Salesforce to maintain a detailed and accurate record.
- Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and evaluate client needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Provide excellent customer service, developing strong and long-term client relationships.
- Quickly and accurately handle client inquiries.
- Act as the liaison between clients and Mendon Truck Leasing and Rental.
- Create new accounts/vehicles/contracts in databases (Igloo).
- Update and maintain a detailed report on all new trucks(vehicles) being built.
- Prepare appropriate documentation for the sales pipeline.
What is the profile sought for this position?
We are seeking someone with Sales training (diploma) and or proven experience as a Salesperson.
We are looking for a person with a taste for prospecting but also the awareness of the importance of customer follow-up.
You will be part of an experienced team that will be able to support you in your new position and in your knowledge of our products.
The driving license is mandatory because regular travel is to be expected.
