The Plumber is responsible to ensure that plumbing systems within the Hospital are maintained. This is a skilled craft position, requiring journeyman level or higher proficiency. Requires mental and visual alertness. Job requires adherence to precise procedures and standards involving a high degree of accuracy. The position requires internal contacts outside the work group to resolve mutual problems and to collaborate on work procedures. Responsibilities include ensuring that satisfaction and service with internal contacts is maintained.
Hours: Full time (40 hours), Day Shift , Weekdays
Location: Howard County General Hospital
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma or trade school diploma or equivalent is required
Completion of plumbing apprenticeship school required
minimum of four (4) years related experience in the plumbing trade.
State Journeyman's Plumbing license

Salary Range: Minimum 25.73/hour - Maximum 42.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
