Position Summary...
This role will deliver exceptional client service across all VIZIO Smart TV streaming partners such as Disney+, Netflix, Prime Video and Apple TV, as well as free channels such as AMC, Hallmark and A+E. You will be responsible for creative review, quality control, managing inbound asset submissions & outbound to/from content partners, as well as routing marketing tactics to content partners for feedback & approvals. This role will be the internal subject matter expert & resource for VIZIO specifications & guidelines, VIZIO’s SharePoint asset database, available assets, and external partner asset portals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized navigating a high volume of assets, thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and possess a clear and efficient communication style. What You’ll Do
- Manage inbound asset deliveries and programming calendars from 400+ content partners using AirTable and SharePoint.
- Oversee quality control, organization, and archiving of creative assets for marketing campaigns across digital and retail channels.
- Support daily and seasonal marketing requests, ensuring timely delivery of assets for on-device, email, social, and web campaigns.
- Communicate directly with partners to request, review, and revise creative assets.
- Drive process improvements in asset management and project workflows.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrated experience in project or asset management experience in creative, entertainment, or digital streaming environments.
- Deep knowledge of artwork file types, formats, and digital delivery methods.
- Proficiency in AirTable, SharePoint, and similar project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for efficiency.
- Strong communication skills and a keen eye for design.
