What You’ll Do

As one of our HVAC Residential Service Technicians, you’ll be the face of Wolfer’s in our customers’ homes. You’ll diagnose issues, present honest solutions, and get to work fixing the problem — all while delivering the quality service we’re known for.

Your day-to-day might include

• Talking with customers about what’s going on with their system and explaining your findings before starting work.
• Taking a safety-first approach in everything you do — on the job and on the road. 
• Performing thorough HVAC system evaluations and helping customers choose the best solution for their comfort and budget.
• Testing and repairing HVAC components, wiring, and connections.
• Ensuring all systems are leak-free and functioning efficiently.
• Verifying repairs and explaining results clearly to customers.
• Providing each customer with a “Five Star” experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• HVAC experience required: 2 years.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
• Preform diagnostic work on all HVAC equipment.
• You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
• Offers multiple solutions based on the customer's concern(s).
• Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
• Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
