Engineering Executive: Responsible for overseeing the overall technology product development/engineering functions for the entire firm. Responsibilities include overseeing the creation, development and design of all of the company’s products, engineering services, and may include the research function. Responsible for all technology product development/engineering functions on a global basis. Top technical/scientific position in organization. If primarily responsible for the research function, match to Head of Research - Corporate. If responsible for overall gaming product development, match to Game Development. If role’s focus is software and/or technology product strategy, product roadmap and lifecycle of the product, match to Technology Product Management; if role is not responsible for Software and/or Hardware products match to Head of Product Management. If incumbent is not responsible for development engineering for the entire firm match to Development Engineering - Executive or Top Development Engineering - Business Unit. If focus of role is industrial engineering rather than software/hardware engineering match to Top Engineering. If responsible for a Group/Region/Division/Country match to Top Development Engineering - Business Unit. If responsible for a sub-part of the Corporate function match to Development Engineering - Executive. Single incumbent position. Select Corporate for Executive Scope of Responsibility.
