The RH Creative Production team is a world-class infrastructure of asset managers, production artists, image retouchers, and circulation planners dedicated to producing peerless print and digital assets. RH is seeking a Digital Production Director to lead the orchestration of end-to-end digital production and trafficking operations, ensuring the flawless execution of content and deliverables across all digital platforms. This leader will drive excellence at the intersection of creativity, technology, and operational excellence, guiding the production of immersive, world-class digital experiences that elevate the RH brand online. The ideal candidate is a strategic architect and creative problem solver with a proven track record managing high-volume ecommerce production and thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments, approaching every detail with precision, passion, and purpose.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and evolve digital production operations to deliver world-class content—on time, on budget, and in alignment with RH’s brand and quality standards
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing internal and external production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the translation of creative concepts into final digital assets, preserving design integrity through every phase of execution
- Develop and refine production timelines, schedules, and scalable workflows to support the timely delivery of digital and catalog content
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Technology teams to translate strategic objectives into efficient, scalable production solutions
- Maintain and continuously improve RH’s digital presence by optimizing tools, systems, and workflows that elevate execution and consistency across platforms
- Direct the trafficking, governance, and quality control of all digital assets to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and excellence at scale
- Collaborate with IT to design and implement data-driven, scalable systems that enhance storytelling and the digital client experience
- Stay at the forefront of digital trends and technologies, identifying innovative opportunities to strengthen RH’s compelling online expression
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of experience leading digital production in high-volume environments, preferably within a luxury, design-driven or content-led brand
- Deep expertise in enterprise-level content management systems and end-to-end digital production workflows
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and strong familiarity with user experience design principles
- Foundational understanding of application programming, database design and system architecture across digital environments (Internet, Intranet, Extranet, client/server)
- Proven ability to translate creative vision into operational excellence—managing complex workflows with precision and scalability
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across creative, technical, and executive teams
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrates agility, composure and focus under pressure, navigating shifting priorities in fast-paced environments with clarity and confidence
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequent sitting or standing at a computer workstation for extended periods of time
- Repetitive use of hands and wrists for keyboarding, mouse use, and digital production tasks
- Occasional lifting, moving, or carrying of items up to 20 pounds
- Visually review and assess digital imagery, layouts, and designs with accuracy and attention to detail
