THE WORK
Qualified candidate will serve as production lead for LCS, MMSC, and all graphic development, ensuring effective management, implementation, and optimization of the manuals. Candidate will collaborate across teams to streamline Technical Publication (TP) processes and quality. As a production lead, candidate manages and organizes high volumes of files. Daily tasks will include leading team members and managing the schedule and milestones. Candidate will also, perform peer reviews on technical manuals, identifying errors made when incorporating technical data/comments, and relaying findings for correction. Support working groups with internal LM and government counterparts, improving processes, and identifying process improvements. Candidate would serve as local Subject Matter Expert (SME) /expert in AutoCAD, Illustrator, IsoDraw, and Photoshop, supporting team members using the programs. The candidate will work with all teams in Tech Pubs Moorestown to implement and drive change related to Digital Transformation (Dx). Qualified candidate will be experienced and able to hit the ground running with little to no training needed to perform daily responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications
- Advanced experience with AutoCAD
- Advanced experience with IsoDraw.
- Advanced experience with Photoshop.
- Experience with Acrobat (Standard or Pro).
- Experience LCS and MMSC technical documentation.
- Experience with file management and organizing high volumes of data.
- Experience reviewing Technical Documentation
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely
- Able to demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a diverse, fast-paced team corporate environment
- Able to organize effectively, be able to provide accurate and detailed status on tasks
- Able to work independently, self-starter, ensuring tasks are completed on time without daily monitoring

Desired skills
- Current PPM certification
- Green belt trained
- Experience with US Navy or other military
- Previous experience working to government contract requirements, S0300-A7-AEG-010/Aegis Style Guide and/or Milstandards
- Experience with coordination and processing high volume of deliverables
