We currently have an exciting opportunity as a CNC Machinist! This role is based in our facility in Preston, Idaho and reports to the Hiring Manager.
The hours are from Tuesday through Friday from 6am until 4.30pm. The starting rate is $29.09 per hour.

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician – Level C plays a vital role in supporting plant operations by performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities. This entry-level position offers a strong foundation for career growth within the Maintenance team and contributes to the safe, inclusive, and efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Review and plan work assignments based on maintenance requests, diagrams, or clear instructions.
Safely operate hoisting and lifting equipment to position machinery and components during installation and repairs.
Conduct inspections, identify issues, and perform basic maintenance and repairs on plant machinery, tools, molds, and infrastructure.
Utilize hand tools and basic machine tools (e.g., grinders, drills) with competence and care.
Support the setup and dismantling of equipment and structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and accurately document findings.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs to reduce equipment downtime.
Complete maintenance forms and work orders with attention to detail and timeliness.
Monitor inventory levels of tools and supplies and assist with restocking as needed.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful work environment.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support plant operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus, but not required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn maintenance procedures.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Comfortable working with tools and equipment used in maintenance tasks.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on experience and company policies.

Engage regularly with team members across departments including Production, Quality, and Shipping. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Working Environment
- Work is primarily performed in a dynamic plant setting involving moderate to heavy physical activity.
- Tasks may include lifting, pulling, pushing, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Exposure to heat, dust, and noise; use of equipment such as blades and presses.
- Requires attention to detail and adaptability to varying work pace and occasional stress.
- Adherence to all health and safety regulations is essential.
