Who we want… (Requirements)

This position is responsible for administrative support to business development with a special emphasis on organization and attention to detail. Customer service mentality, detail oriented and schedule driven are key traits for this position.

 

Two to four years of administrative experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree with business administration or related field desired.

Qualifications:

What we expect… (Essential Functions)

· Database Population & Maintenance: account creation, mailing list maintenance for BD team members, project lead reports, project statistics for proposals/presentations.

· Generation of our capability brochures for potential customers.

· Proposal and Presentation support as assigned by BD team member.

· Execution and filing of NDA’s and other business development related documents.

· Business card entry & filing.

· Maintain stock levels and cleanliness of business development office space.

· Invoice coding and filing.

· Business Development meeting support and setup – internal/external/potential customer.

· Support business development representatives with travel arrangements.

· Complete time sheets and expense reports, organize mail; other related duties as needed.

· Resume creation & maintenance for business development team.

· Provides telephone back-up for reception area.

· General support for the Business Development Team; related duties as assigned.

Generally, normal office environment where noise level is moderate and temperature/humidity is controlled. Overtime may be required.
