Group O is seeking a Quality Auditor to help ensure our quality standards are met throughout the organization.

As a Quality Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our organization maintains the highest standards of quality across all processes and products. Your primary responsibility will be to assess, monitor, and enhance our quality management systems to align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will be an integral part of our commitment to delivering exceptional quality products and services to our customers while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization. 

The ideal candidate is someone who combines a solid educational background, relevant experience, strong technical skills, and the personal attributes necessary to drive quality excellence and contribute positively to the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Functions:
  • Plan and conduct audits of internal processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Thoroughly examine quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records, to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
  • Evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality policies to mitigate risks and ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost-saving initiatives to optimize quality performance.
  • Investigate quality issues, deviations, and non-conformances to determine root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Assess risks associated with product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact on the organization.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality materials and components that meet specifications and standards.
  • Analyze quality data, metrics, and trends to identify patterns, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in auditor calibration activities to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of audit findings and recommendations across the organization.

Job Qualifications

Education/Certifications: 
  • High School Diploma
  • Certification as a Quality Auditor (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Auditor)
Experience: 
  • Experience working in a warehouse or production facility
Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and people skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Diligence and ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift forty pounds.
  • Ability to bend, stand, walk, and lift for extended periods throughout the day.
