About Fanatics Collectibles
Fanatics Collectibles is building the future of trading cards—and scaling fast. Our licenses span MLB, NBA, NFL, Premier League, UEFA, WWE, UFC, and more. To power this growth, we’re investing in modern internal platforms that serve as the digital backbone of our business—from card design and production to fulfillment and distribution. With 2,000+ employees and a mix of acquisitions and organic growth, our internal systems are ready for reinvention. This role sits at the center of that transformation.
The Role
The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise OS will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for how Fanatics Collectibles digitizes and automates work across shared enterprise functions (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.), and also lead the creation of CollectiblesOS—a unified internal platform that streamlines the employee experience for not only enterprise function tools, but also across our entire product portfolio (custom software for teams across card design and manufacturing, commercial, fulfillment, customer service). You’ll rapidly prototype, assess vendors, and partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-grade systems.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who:
• Is obsessed with AI and passionate about using it to automate and elevate work.
• Thrives on influencing people and driving organizational change through education and storytelling.
• Loves sports, trading cards, and building tools that make teams more effective.
What You’ll Do
• Set strategy & roadmap: Define a 12–24 month vision for enterprise workflows and internal platforms, tied to company growth and efficiency goals.
• Deliver agentic workflows: Identify high-friction processes (e.g., contract management, procurement, recruiting, FP&A) and automate them for measurable time and cost savings.
• Build the CollectiblesOS portal: Launch a central, role-aware AI-powered hub for all internal custom tooling and business insights & dashboarding.
• Prototype & iterate: Use low/no-code and AI workflow automation tools (Retool, Zapier, n8n, Glean, etc.) to test and ship MVPs rapidly.
• Drive build-vs-buy rigor: When internal builds aren’t the right choice (i.e., due to feasibility, speed to market, costs), lead vendor evaluations, negotiate modular solutions, and ensure clean integration with our data and AI platforms.
• Champion adoption: Lead education, documentation, and change management to ensure new tools drive real adoption and efficiency gains.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
• 8+ years of product management experience, including time in enterprise software, internal tooling, or workflow automation.
• Past experience at or above the Senior Product Manager level, driving cross-functional product initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts—including AI systems, architecture, and emerging technologies—to both non-technical executives and technically proficient audiences.
• Proven ability to prototype and launch tools independently using modern low/no-code and AI platforms (e.g., Retool, Zapier, n8n, Make, Workato).
• Hands-on fluency with AI-native development tools used by modern tech teams (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, Vercel).
• Strong product strategy and prioritization skills—able to balance fast iteration with scalable architecture.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills; capable of influencing decisions across operations, finance, legal, people, and engineering.
• High bias for action and self-direction, thriving in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
• Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience designing or implementing internal OS/portal-type platforms for employees.
• Exposure to RAG systems, AI-assisted workflows, or agent-based UIs.
• Familiarity with evaluating enterprise SaaS vendors and integrating APIs into broader data/AI platforms.
• Background in systems thinking, process design, or enterprise change management.
• Track record of cross-functional delivery across business and technical domains.
• MBA or equivalent professional experience a plus.
• Interest in collectibles, commerce, or large-scale fulfillment operations.
