ABOUT THE ТЕАМ
We’re looking for a Senior Instructional Designer who can design and deliver engaging, user-friendly learning experiences across multiple formats. You’ll work closely with subject learning experiences.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Lead the design and development of learning experiences, including e-learning, virtual, and instructor-led training using tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Collaborate with the business to identify learning gaps and drive creation of programmes end-to-end
- Carry out user-experience research to inform your work
- Create opportunities for learning that leads to real performance improvement
- Launch, evaluate, and continuously improve learning solutions based on feedback and performance data.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing detail orientation with timely delivery.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) – essential.
- Strong experience creating interactive learning in any authoring tool.
- A strong visual designer and communicator who understands and uses user-experience theory.
- A problem solver who is able to connect business performance to learning.
- Ability to design course structures from scratch or refine from policies, process docs, or design briefs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
- Experience with LMS platforms, testing/iteration loops, and performance-based evaluation.
- Bonus: background in finance or other highly regulated industries
