The objective of Sanajiksanut is to increase Inuit workforce in all of AEM’s Nunavut operations by contributing to the development of skills and competencies of the Inuit population in the Kivalliq region. The Sanajiksanut Process is composed of 4 steps: Employment Information Session, Online Application, Pre-employment Training, and Employment. In completing these stages of the Sanajiksanut Process, applicants will better prepare themselves for future employment with AEM or one of its contractors.

Participates to all activities at the coreshack surrounding diamond drill core management (opening, measuring, labelling, storing, delivering);
Proceeds with the diamond drill core sampling (cut with an electrical diamond rock saw and full core sampling).
